Renovation of 1,100 sq. ft. condominium unit.

Green landscaping overlooking a park area

An excellent friend had just acquired a 1,100 square foot condominium unit in the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie in Montreal. It wasn’t difficult to convince her about the advantages to redefine spaces and their functions. first, all his requests had been considered and improved. Second, the solutions and their concepts allowed him to integrate the elements suitable to his way of life.

Green thumb since always, it was necessary that his garden could move from the balcony to the living room according to the season. It was for this purpose that a considerable area near the windows was dedicated.

In the bathroom, there was a difficult compromise to make. Indeed, the bathtub was abandoned in favor of a large Italian shower. The bench and the felted atmosphere made it possible to rediscover the benefits of water and relaxation.

The teamwork between the client and the designer has pushed the audacity towards a completely unique redevelopment.
